For a not so fancy bed and breakfast beach resort, it is perfect for budget conscious individuals. The location is accessible. The highway or road is smooth and no heavy traffic. Rooms are clean and affordable although there is no WiFi, fridge and TV but the place is good for outdoor activities. The beach has fine sands though not white but very clean. Waves are just right for swimming and was quite windy when we stayed there. Staffs are friendly and accommodating too.
The rooms are as basic as can be, and there is no Wifi outside of the office. But you are on the ocean! The rooms are sparkling clean, and the grounds are beautiful and immaculate. There are so many employees at work to keep this place top notch. The workers are all very respectful and conscientious. The place is quiet, and the food from the restaurant is terrific. I don't know if I could ever get tired of this place.
The location has a lot of potential. The place is homey. Service was not so good. They need to look more into security and proper coordination, because during our stay, there were other guests who gate crashed into our exclusive breakfast buffet 😅. During our stay, there was several hours wothout electeicity. There was power outage in Morong, and unfortunately, their Generator, overheated.
Their beach is not rocky.
Amenities are clean.
Staffs are polite.

Room was standard quality but clean and comfortable. The beach also looked inviting as the water was surprisingly clear in spite of having black sand underneath. I am HOWEVER, giving an overall rating of 2 stars to encourage the staff to improve in the way they communicate with their customers. While most of them were respectful and accomodating, one of the receptionists we met upon checking in was quite rude and arrogant. I am hoping that should we ever visit this resort again, a better service will welcome us, far different from what we experienced last time.
Also, our breakfast took ages to be served (around 30-40 mins) even though we were the only customers at the time.
